3. Scheduling and Access

Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete information may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

4. Payments

• Invoices are due according to the stated payment terms.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
• Baltimore Marine Safety reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate equipment and system information.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Following maintenance or service recommendations.

Failure to maintain equipment as recommended may affect certification or performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baltimore Marine Safety shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or vessel downtime
• Damages caused by equipment failure outside the scope of serviced components

Liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Certification and Compliance

Baltimore Marine Safety performs services in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulations. However, final compliance is subject to:

• Regulatory authority inspections
• Vessel or facility condition
• Ongoing maintenance by the client

We do not guarantee regulatory approval if equipment or systems fall outside service scope.
